Burnout is a performance problem.

Missed deadlines. Shortened attention spans. The meeting that could have been an email that nobody had the focus to write. Chronic stress doesn't wait for a convenient moment to affect performance — it compounds quietly until it becomes your culture.

The standard wellness offerings help at the margins. A meditation app nobody opens. A catered lunch that's forgotten by 3pm. A yoga session that half the team skips.

Your people need something that actually works on the nervous system. Not a perk. A reset.

This is not a meditation.

Ritual Sound Lab brings live frequency sessions directly to your team. No apps. No instructions. No participation style required. Your people lie down, sit up, or adjust however their body needs — and for 60 to 70 minutes, the sound does the work.

Live acoustic instruments and analog electronics, played in real time by a musician with thirty years of experience reading rooms. Every session responds to the energy of the people in it. No two sessions sound the same because no two teams are.

The result is measurable. Cortisol reduces. The parasympathetic nervous system activates. Cognitive recovery improves. Your team leaves recalibrated — not just relaxed.

We come to you. Mobile setup. No AV coordination required. Just space enough for your people to lie down.

The Outcomes are measurable.

Chronic stress produces elevated cortisol — the hormone most directly linked to cognitive impairment, decision fatigue, and reduced creative capacity. Sound at specific frequencies measurably reduces cortisol, activates the parasympathetic nervous system, and improves heart rate variability.

This isn't relaxation. It's physiological recalibration. The difference matters in a performance context.

Music therapy, vibroacoustic therapy, and auditory beat stimulation all have documented effects on stress, anxiety, and nervous system regulation across peer-reviewed research. We don't overclaim. We deliver what the evidence supports — and link you to it.

01 — You Reach Out.

We talk through your space, your group size, and what your team needs. We recommend the right format and handle everything else.

Completely Turnkey.

Here's what a corporate session looks like from your side:

02 — We Arrive.

Full mobile setup — instruments, electronics, all equipment. No AV coordination, no room prep beyond clearing floor space. We handle load-in and setup.

03 — We Play.

60 to 70 minutes of live, improvised frequency work tailored to your group. No instructions for your team. No participation requirements. Just show up.

That's it. Four steps. Zero complexity on your end.

04 — Your team leaves recalibrated.

We handle load-out. You get a post-session integration note to share with participants if you'd like.

Recommended

Three formats.
One Recommendation.

Hybrid

Hybrid is our default for corporate sessions — acoustic instruments and live electronics played simultaneously in the same room, by the same hands. The full RSL experience. Available for any group, any space with a standard power outlet.

Electronic

Electronic is pure synthesized frequency work. No acoustic instruments. Precise, immersive, and particularly effective in smaller or acoustically challenging spaces.

Not sure which format fits your space or situation? Default to Hybrid. We'll talk through the rest on the call.

Traditional

Traditional is acoustic only — crystal bowls, gong, hang drum, chimes. No electronics required. The right choice when power access is limited or when a warmer, more familiar sound bath experience is preferred.

Everything handled.
Start to finish.

Every corporate session includes:

  • Full mobile setup and load-out — we bring everything, we take everything.

  • Format consultation before booking — right session for your space and group.

  • 60 to 70 minutes of live performance tailored to your team's energy.

  • Travel within Portland metro — no additional fee.

  • Post-session integration note — shareable with participants.

  • General liability insurance — we're covered, so you're covered.

Optional: a brief pre-session science explanation for teams who want context before the sound starts. Three minutes. No spiritual framing. Just the mechanism.

If any of this sounds familiar.

Your team is talented. They're also exhausted. The work is getting done — but the energy behind it has shifted. Meetings feel heavier. Creativity feels harder. People are present but not quite there.

You've tried things. Some helped. None of it addressed what's actually happening in the nervous system.

RSL corporate sessions are built for teams in high-output environments — technology, healthcare, creative agencies, nonprofit organizations, corporate offices, event and hospitality teams. Any group that runs hard and rarely gets a real chance to recover.

Minimum 10 people. Maximum determined by your space.

Making the Case to leadership.

A few angles that tend to resonate:

The cost of doing nothing

Chronic stress costs organizations an estimated $300 billion annually in lost productivity in the US alone. A 60-minute session is preventative maintenance — not a soft benefit.

The outcomes are documented

Cortisol reduction, HRV improvement, parasympathetic activation — these are measurable physiological responses, not promises. The Science page has the research if you need it.

It's genuinely different.

The standard wellness offerings have diminishing returns. Something your team hasn't experienced before tends to land differently. And what lands differently gets remembered.

The Investment.

A fully mobile live performance by a formally trained musician with thirty years of experience. Real instruments. Live electronics. A session built in real time for your specific team — not a playlist, not a script, not the same sequence your team has seen before.

Corporate sessions start at $750 for groups of 10 or more. Pricing scales with group size and format. Fill out the inquiry form and we'll respond within 48 hours with a custom quote.

Founding partner program.

To mark our Portland launch, we're offering three Founding Partner slots to our first corporate clients — preferred pricing in exchange for a written testimonial and one warm introduction to another potential client.

Founding Partners receive 25% off standard session pricing for their first four sessions — enough time to experience the compounding effect and share it honestly.

Your experience matters beyond your own team. We ask for two things in return: an honest account of what the session was like, and one introduction to a colleague you think could benefit. Your candor helps us improve. Your introduction opens a door for someone who might genuinely need this.

Only 3 spots available. Once they're filled, this program closes permanently.

Mention Founding Partner in your inquiry form and we'll include the details in our response.
